How to Order:

Send us an email with the specifications for your order. Please include the following with your email:

- High-resolution artwork.
- Company name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and contact person for the shipment.
- Item number of the item(s) you wish to order plus the quantity desired.
- Provide the colors for the logo. Please tell us if your need a specific PMS color.


Set-up and Run Charges:

Set-up Charges: Generally, the set-up charges are $35.00 per color. Please look at the individual pricing pages for exact charges.

Waived Fees: The set-up charges are waived for exact repeat orders.


Production and Lead Time:

Baseballs and Softballs: The lead time for production is 3 - 5 working days. For a multi-colored imprint, the lead time is 8 working days.


Misc. Information:

Payments Accepted:  VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, wire transfer, check or cash.  If you pay by credit card, please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.  Please fax or email the signed and completed form with a copy of the front and rear of the credit card.

Less than Minimum: Only available on a few items • Extra charges and production time will apply, please inquire.

Imprint Areas: All art provided is “Size to Fit” on the ball panel for best appearance. We have provided images of blank balls for your use.

PMS Matches: We do offer PMS color matching. Please indicate your PMS colors. We will advise if there are any PMS color match charges.

Virtual Samples: Free virtual samples provided with camera ready art.

Sample Requests: Random imprinted samples are free upon request and subject to availability.

Electronic Paper Proof: No Charge

Pre-Production Sample: There is a charge for a preproduction sample. Please inquire for current charges.

Standard Packaging: Shipped bulk case pack.

Shipping Weight: Varies by item, please inquire.

Freight Estimates: Estimated shipping quoted upon request.

F.O.B. Shipping Points: Minnesota and Ohio.

Product/Color Variance: Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches on repeat orders. Like-named colors in different materials may not be an exact color match. In our continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

Returns: All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. The factory must authorize returns; any returns not authorized will be refused and returned to sender. No returns will be accepted for imprinted or special order merchandise unless it is determined to be defective by the factory. Returns on unimprinted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory.
